A Victorian conch shell cameo showing Orpheus with a laurel wreath, symbolic of poetic inspiration. A Lyre is leaning to the right. The detailing is amazing as is the high relief. This is bezel set in 10K yellow gold frame,
This measures 2"L x 1 1/2 "w x 3/8"d, The pin is in excellent condition, with a "C" style hook as shown.
No cracks, chips or flaws. A beautiful addition to any cameo collection.
